Who we are

This website is operated by Yashasvini P, offering numerology and tarot consultations from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What we collect, and why

To book and hold a consultation we ask for:

• Your name - so we know who we are meeting.
• Your phone number - to send your booking confirmation and joining link on WhatsApp.
• Your email address, if you give one - to send the same confirmation and your invoice.
• Your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth - these are the basis of a numerology reading. Without them the consultation cannot be prepared.
• What you would like to focus on, if you choose to say.

We also keep a record of your bookings, payments and invoices, because we are required to keep financial records.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment provider, and only the result of a payment reaches us.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay processes your payment and receives your name, email and phone number to do so.
• Google provides the calendar and the video call. Your name and the time of your session appear in the consultant's calendar, and your email address is used to send you the meeting invitation if you gave one.
• Nobody else. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your birth details are kept so that a returning client does not have to provide them again, and so past readings remain meaningful.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Where we are legally required to keep a financial record, we will tell you what must remain and why.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Our may already answer what you want to know; otherwise message us on WhatsApp or use our , and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Notes written after a session

The consultant keeps private notes about consultations. Summaries written for you are visible in your account. Notes written for her own reference are not shared with you or with anyone else.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
